Can't Attend? Apply Anyway! Employer Opportunity at NBA Conference
Attorney James Bynoe, Corporate Counsel for Liberty Mutual, is making an opportunity available to students even if they cannot attend the 2010 NBA Conference. Read on for details on the company's desire to receive application materials directly from students even if they will not be at the event...
"As part of our recruitment efforts and ongoing commitment to diversity, I would like to invite your law students of color and/or diverse backgrounds to attend the 85th Annual National Bar Association Convention and Exhibits. The convention will be held at the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA from August 9, 2010 through August 13, 2010. Please note that as part of the convention a Job Fair, in which Liberty Mutual will be participating, will take place on Monday August 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As an employer of more than 500 attorneys in 35 states, we will have representatives on-site to interview students and discuss legal department career opportunities at our company. I encourage your students of color to visit the Liberty Mutual booth, which will be located in the NBA Exhibit Hall, to meet our representatives and learn more about our company.
For those students, or alumni, who cannot attend the conference and would like additional information about our company or those who would like to schedule a date and time specific to meet with our representatives, I invite them to submit a cover letter and resume electronically to me at James.Bynoe@libertymutual.com."
